About Us

Origins. Approaches. Beliefs.

The LA ACES got their start in the summer of 2015 as the premier girl’s lacrosse training program in Los Angeles. Just two years later and just an hour south, OC ACES formed in the summer of 2017.  Our regions may have been different, but our philosophies were the same. It did not take long for LA and OC to join forces to become one of the top lacrosse programs in the country. We learned quickly that we are not just stronger together – we are unstoppable. We want the girls who come through our program to share this mentality; we want them to know that the sky is the limit.

ACES is founded and owned by us, Lauren and Michelle, two women who work closely together to develop the strongest lacrosse players in Southern California. We believe that it is critical to empower young women to be self-sufficient leaders who can excel on and off the field and if you haven’t guessed already, we practice what we preach.

We believe in the power of community and our motto will always be: “Once an ACE, Always an Ace.” We mean it when we say that the minute you put on a jersey you are an ACE for life; our intimate, unique model facilitates a community that quickly becomes family.

Our staff brings years over 100 years of of cumulative experience to the field and constantly seeks to learn new more about the ever growing sport of the lacrosse. We love what we do.

At ACES, we believe that success is a combination of hard work, mental toughness, and passion. Whether your goal is to play in college or to improve your skills, our staff will support your goals and guide you along your journey to help you reach your potential.

As we continue to grow and expand this organization our promise is to never lose sight of what matters–the kids. We want to ensure that we meet the needs of all of our players and continue to make this the best lacrosse playing experience out there!
